Returns Policy

Returns with a smile are super easy! You can return any Buydiyproducts purchase any time with no hassle. 

Here’s how to return international orders shipped via eShopWorld. Visit our online Returns portal to get started.  

Follow these simple steps to complete your return: 

  1. 1. Go to the eShopWorld Returns Portal and the item(s) you wish to return. You will need your order number and email address 
  2. 2. Package your return item(s) and your packing slip. Print your return label and affix to the outside of your package.  
  3. 3. Return your item(s) using the carrier or your choice. The return address will be provided in the Returns Portal 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary by location. We recommend checking with local carriers regarding return shipping options. 

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email when your package arrives at our Return Center for verification and refund processing. Exchanges are not possible at this time. Instead, you can return the unwanted item(s) and order new items separately. For international returns not managed by eSW, please contact Buydiyproducts Customer Support.

US Consumer Right of Return and Refund (“Cooling Off Period”) 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase at any time up to 14 days after you receive your last merchandise. If you wish to do so, visit the eShopWorld Returns Portal and select “Cancel Order.”. You are responsible for shipping cost to the Return Center. eShopWorld will confirm your Cancellation Request with an email; it will send a second email when your package arrives at its Return Center for verification and refund processing. Look for your refund of the merchandise cost and any applicable duties and taxes within 14 business days (Monday-Friday). 

We’re happy to replace or refund your customized order if it arrives flawed or damaged. If this happens, please contact us and include your order number along with a photo of the issue for quick processing. We regret that customized products can’t be returned for any other reason. For customized fabric, please contact us at chamay.grasp@gmail.com. We recommend ordering a sample of your fabric to make sure you love it before ordering larger quantities.  For AR Workshop DIY Customized Kits, please contact us at chamay.grasp@gmail.com. 

Please note: We reserve the right to research the original purchase, and to limit or decline refunds.
